Sefton Softball outdoor sessions began on Monday April 9th at our new location, Play Football North, Drummond Road, Thornton, L23 9YP.
We are currently training from 6.30 on a Monday evening where qualified coached will help everyone from brand new players to vastly experienced players to develop their skills at a pace that suits.
As is a tradition in softball, everyone then heads to the bar once training is over where sandwiches are provided and everyone can catch up and socialise.
Starting May 7th from 6 till 7pm will be beginners sessions for anyone that doesn't want to go straight into a teams where our Level 2 coach Linnie will give you all the skills you will need to become the next "rookie of the year"
Along side this we will also be running junior sessions from 5pm - 6pm for anyone aged 8 to 13 who wants to start playing.
The new League season begins on Monday May 14th.
Anyone who wants to join a team or even enter your own team into the league will be welcomed with open arms and we will even buy you a drink in the bar afterwards.
